Christian Brothers Automotive Concord

I always have a great experience at Christian Brothers. I recently had to bring in my truck and they were able to accommodate the same day I called. They even are able to provide courtesy shuttle service if you are within a certain radius of the shop and do not have a ride. They are absolute professionals who charge fairly and provided detailed reports/courtesy inspections so you never second guess if you’re getting taken to the cleaners.

My wife and I recently relocated from CA to NC, and one of our biggest concerns was finding a trustworthy, professional mechanic we could rely on. Thankfully, we found Christian Brothers Automotive on Harris Road—and after two visits, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Jeremy and the entire team have been absolutely incredible to work with. They’re professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely make you feel like your vehicle is in good hands. The entire operation is extremely well organized, and you can tell they take pride in providing a great customer experience from start to finish. Everything about this shop has exceeded our expectations. They’ve officially become our go-to mechanic, and we’ve already started recommending them to our friends and families. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused automotive shop, I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive on Harris Road. They’ve earned every one of these 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’ve taken all our cars here, our Expedition, Volvo XC90, Jetta, and our F150, and honestly Christian Automotive has become our go to spot. Every time something’s wrong they send over this detailed report with pictures and videos so you can actually see what they’re talking about, not just take their word for it. Really puts you at ease. Everyone we’ve dealt with knows their stuff and takes the time to explain things instead of just throwing numbers at you. Jade, Jeremy, and Alex up front have been great, super helpful with scheduling and walking us through what each car needs. And bonus, my three kids now think picking up the car is basically a treat because they always hand out cookies when you leave 😁 Prices are fair, work’s always solid, and honestly we recommend them to anyone who asks. Good, honest shop.

Great experience, we were treated with the utmost respect. Everyone was very friendly. Jade and Jeremy stayed in contact with us during the repair of our car. Could not have asked for any better treatment. This is the place to go for your automobile repairs and service.
